RJN Care Solutions Limited is a CQC registered domiciliary care provider based in East Hertfordshire. We have been established to deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred care and support to adults aged 18 to 65 and adults aged 65 and over within their own homes and communities, with a particular specialism in supporting individuals with mental health needs.

Founded and developed by experienced Mental Health Nurses with extensive backgrounds in NHS mental health services, safeguarding, governance, rehabilitation, crisis intervention and regulated care delivery. RJN Care Solutions Limited aims to provide high-quality support that promotes dignity, independence, emotional wellbeing, recovery and social inclusion while enabling people to remain safe and independent within their own homes for as long as possible.

We specialise in mental health care, bringing decades of clinical expertise to every visit. Our approach is never one size fits all - your choices, routines and what matters most to you shape the support we provide. We work alongside adults 18-65, older adults 65+, and those with neurodiversity or sensory needs, promoting independence, wellbeing and dignity in every interaction.

At RJN Care Solutions we provide dedicated support worker services and a personalised recovery programme shaped around each client’s needs. Through thorough assessment and regular keep in touch reviews, we design bespoke support that adapts as life changes.
